Paul recently traveled to Scandinavia on a Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA) sponsored trip to learn what the Swedes and Danes are doing about climate change. Along with four other NESEA stalwarts, architects Chris Benedict and Tom Hartman, engineer Andy Shapiro, and graduate student Heather Nolen, Paul visited buildings, toured neighborhoods, and met with a wide array of Swedish and Danish professionals working on climate change mitigation and adaptation.

Passive House New England (PHNE) invited Paul to share highlights of the trip and discuss ways in which Scandinavian efforts to address climate change may or may not relate to efforts here at home.
