Sponsored by the Massachusetts Chapter of the US Green Building Council, this year's annual Building Tech Forum focused on net positive energy buildings. Industry leaders gave short presentations on cutting-edge strategies and technologies that support aggressive energy goals.

Paul was on hand in his capacity as a founder and facilitator of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association's Building Energy Bottom Lines program (BEBL). BEBL is a peer-to-peer network for sustainable building professionals to learn from and support each other in their efforts to build thriving, triple bottom line businesses—i.e., businesses that measure success in relation to the good they achieve for people and the planet, as well as their financial bottom line.  Paul presented BEBL as a business strategy for profesionals working to accelerate net positive energy construction.
