Design & Planning

We offer a full range of design, architectural, color and product selection services, including initial feasibility studies, master planning and construction drawings and specifications. We explore multiple design schemes to ensure that we are able to achieve your objectives and keep costs—both financial and environmental—in line.

Energy Audits

A home renovation offers a unique opportunity to assess and improve the energy performance of your home. We take advantage of this opportunity by performing energy audits during the design phase of every design/build project. This data allows us to specify improvements that enhance your comfort, lower your fuel bills and reduce your home's environmental impact.

Construction Management

Your project will have the full attention of a hands-on project manager from start to finish. He or she will become familiar with your project during the design phase—reviewing schematic plans, visiting the site with the architect and subcontractors, and ensuring documentation is complete and satisfactory.

Carpentry

We do all our own carpentry—rough and finish. Our crew of highly dedicated and experienced carpenters can build anything, from intricate roof structures to architecturally integrated site-built cabinetry, to turned columns for balustrades. They work closely with the design team to ensure the same level of care and concern that went into planning goes into execution.

Masonry

Your home does not stop at the exterior walls of your home. This is why we incorporate landscape design and construction into our spectrum of services. Our staff of masons collaborates with the architects and carpenters to extend the reach of our care and attention right up to your lot line.
