We want your happiest part of our process to be the decades you live in the house after we’re done. So we don’t necessarily make the planning process easy; we want it to be rigorous and thorough. Often this means that the design process takes longer than the construction process. We dot every “i” and cross every “t” during planning, so that by the time we start construction we are also ready to finish.
If you’re living in the house during our work (as most of our clients do) we want the construction process to be as safe, pleasant, and unstressful as we can make it. But we can’t promise it will be fun to live through. What we can promise, though, is that we’ll do our best to make sure that when we complete the project you’ll have no regrets—and that ten or twenty years later, you’ll still have no regrets.
