Living in the midst of a renovation has its challenges, especially when it encompasses the whole house. This Wellesley family was able to stay put because we staged the project in manageable phases.

Over a six-month period we worked on all four floors of the home, renovating the kitchen and adding some extra living space nearby, creating a master bathroom and a children's bathroom, opening a stairwell to the third floor, finishing the third floor as a guest suite with its own bathroom, and renovating the basement laundry area. Now they enjoy new and well-designed space throughout the home, including a kitchen that is fresh and airy, but still in keeping with the stature and traditional detail of their Tudor style home.
