Classic Audit:
Recommended for homeowners who are conscious of their annual energy use and would like to make significant reductions. This audit will show specific opportunities for reducing energy consumption, utility bills, and mitigating environmental impacts. This is a good over-all audit for those with specific needs in mind such as particularly uncomfortable rooms, unusually high utility bills, or a high level of motivation to reduce their carbon footprint.

• Home energy assessment
• Utility bill analysis
• Blower door test
• Detailed infrared analysis
• Review of the major components of the house and their energy consequences
• General strategies for solutions

All findings will be delivered verbally during the walk-through with the client. The cost of this service is $350.00. A full written report summarizing all findings with infrared pictures and an implementation plan can be included for an additional for $100.

Premium Audit:
Recommended for homeowners who would like to put together a multi-year plan for major reductions in energy usage and/or are planning a major renovation and need to know all opportunities for energy improvements.

• Detailed infrared analysis
• Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index
• Create energy budget specific to home and homeowner
• Review of the major components of the house and their energy consequences
• Specific strategies for solutions

All findings will be summarized and delivered in a comprehensive written report that includes infrared pictures and prioritized recommendations. The cost of this service is typically between $1200.00 and $1600.00, depending on the size and complexity of the house.
